I’m Nila (like “vanilla”).

 

I’m pretty Indian since I’m, well, from India.

 

I was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (South India).

Yeah, I was a pretty happy kid.

I have an older brother.

 

We’re ridiculously close.

Sometime when I was about six, we moved to Novosibirsk, Russia. That was fun.

 

Then a few years later we moved to the US. Somehow we ended up in Charlotte, North Carolina.

I’m an avid cellist and pianist. I’ve played both instruments since I was five.
